SKILLET BAKE IN ONE PAN 
Capful of olive oil
1-1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. oregano
Taste of salt
Sprinkle of peppers
1 tbsp. flour
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. shredded cheese

In large skillet put olive oil, brown beef, macaroni, onion, green pepper with oregano, salt, pepper. Stir until brown. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water and stir into meat mixture. Bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes. Sprinkle flour evenly over mixture. Stir in evaporated milk (mix). Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook 5 more minutes with cover on.
