CHICKEN FARDOURI 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. ground ginger
4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 to 2 tbsp. curry powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast

Place first 4 ingredients in a blender and puree. Add remainder of ingredients (except chicken) to blender and blend. Pour yogurt sauce over chicken and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn once and baste. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or place on grill for a few minutes to brown.
