CHICKEN CURRY 
6 chicken parts
2 med. onions
2 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
2 cloves
2 tbsp. curry powder
Pinch chili powder
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. oil or ghee
2 potatoes

Saute chopped garlic in oil. Add onion, coat chicken in curry powder. Add chicken to onion and garlic. Add chili powder, bay leaves and cloves. Add potatoes cut into pieces. Mix in ketchup. Simmer until chicken is done (not pink), cool; place in refrigerator until next day.
