MEAT MARINADE 
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. olive oil
Chopped garlic (2 cloves)

Mix all together in jar. Shake well. Pierce meat with fork and sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Place meat in dish and pour mixture over. Let stand all day on counter top. Turn while marinating.
