CORN BREAD | |
3 pkgs. Jiffy corn bread mix 1 c. sour cream 3 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn Mix all together. Bake 35 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan at 375 degrees. Cut in squares. OPTIONAL: Add 4 ounces grated Swiss or sharp cheddar to top during last 10 minutes of baking time. Add chopped onion and 2 drops pepper sauce to mix before baking. |
