REMOULADE SAUCE | |
3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup Creole mustard 2 tbsp. horseradish 2/3 cup onion, chopped 2/3 cup celery, chopped 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped 2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. white pepper dash of Tabasco sauce 1 tsp. chopped garlic Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes on medium. May be stored in a jar in refrigerator for several days. |
