NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
1 stick butter, melt in pie plate
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. plain flour
3 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can Carnation milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut

Mix first 4 ingredients well, add milk, coconut, vanilla. Pour in a greased and floured pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
