COCONUT CREAM PIE FOR A CROWD
CRUST
 
1 gallon graham cracker crumbs
2 1/2 c. butter (1 1/2 lb.)

Mix well with hands. Spread evenly in a huge baker's pan or several small ones. Bake until done. You may use cookies or graham crackers for crust. If using cookies, make the same way as for graham cracker crust.

COCONUT CREAM
1 gallon vanilla pudding
1 gallon whipped topping

Blend the above in a huge 20 gallon mixer or whatever you have comparable using a wire whip. Pour over crust; chill for approximately 2 hours.

Cut into squares, then cover with toasted coconut. (Use 3 cups coconut for topping.)

NOTE: This pie can be changed by using cream cheese, chocolate, bananas, lemon pudding, or other.
