PIE CRUST (FOR COCONUT CREAM
PIE)
 
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. water

Mix flour, Crisco, sugar and salt together. Mix vinegar, egg and water together and add to first mixture. Chill. Roll into 5 shells and fill with your favorite filling. Keeps well if refrigerated.
