BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings or 1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 lb. round steak, sliced in 1/2 inch strips
2 cans (10 oz.) condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Place onion and meat strips in bottom of slow cooking pot. In a bowl mix together oil, soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over meat. Cover and cook slow 6 to 8 hours or until tender. Stir in sour cream and turn off heat. Serve over rice or noodles.
