MOM'S HAM & SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes, peeled & sliced
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup (Campbell's)
2 cans cream of celery soup (Campbell's)
1 sm. onion, diced
1 lb. ham, diced
1 c. milk

Butter 9 x 13 inch dish. Peel and slice 3 large potatoes into dish. Mix soup, onion, ham and milk together. Pour half of mixture over potatoes. Peel and slice remaining potatoes on top and pour rest of soup mixture over all, be sure to cover the potatoes. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours.

Good meat dish for funeral service dinners. If you want use 1 can of each soup and thicken with sprinkled flour between layers.
