MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans, washed & chilled
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
Catalina Dressing, to taste
Fritos, crushed

Prepare lettuce as for any tossed salad, add beans, tomatoes, onions, cheese and dressing. Chill well. Add Fritos just before serving and mix well. Serves 12. You can add anything to this salad that you like in tossed salad, even cooked well drained hamburger meat.
