CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower (try fresh)
2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. chicken flavored instant bouillon
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk

Cook cauliflower in 1 cup water until tender. Cook onion in butter until tender. Mix flour with remaining water. Add this and the onions to cauliflower. Stir until well blended and thick. Add cheese, cook until melted. Add milk.

This recipe was given to me by a fellow teacher in my teaching days. don't let the cauliflower scare you off. This is a good soup.
