ONE DISH BREAKFAST 
1 lg. pkg. frozen Ore-Ida O'Brien potatoes
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drain
6 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded

Butter a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Place potatoes and sausage in dish. Pour in eggs, milk and salt which have been combined. Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.

I think it tastes wonderful, but a word of advice, mine took WAY longer than 45 minutes-- and when you have people waiting, that can be frustrating. Mine took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to really set and not be runny. If I had taken it out of the refrigerator ahead of time and let it get to room temp, that may have helped...but it tastes wonderful!
