SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together first 4 ingredients, shape into 50 small balls. On baking sheet, broil until brown, turning once. In saucepan, saute butter, onion and green pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients, pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
