CREAM PUFFS AND ECLAIRS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
5 eggs

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Remove from heat and add 1 cup flour. Stir with a wooden spoon for several minutes and return to low heat. Stir constantly until the dough leaves sides of the pan and rolls into a ball, remove from heat.

Add 5 eggs, putting one egg in at a time. Drop 12 spoonfuls or trail long spoonful for eclairs. Bake at 45 minutes. Cool and fill.
