SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 c. half and half cream
2 eggs

Cook sausage, crumble, drain. Beat eggs and mix with cream. Line pie shell with sausage, top with cheese. Add enough salt and pepper for eggs. Pour cream and egg mixture over this. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool before slicing. Can freeze and heat.
