1 (9 inch) pie shell
1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. grated onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 lg. can Pet milk
2 eggs
Parsley

Brown sausage; drain. Place in pie shell. Sprinkle grated cheese, flour, and onion on top. Beat eggs and milk; pour over mixture in pie shell. Sprinkle parsley on top; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
