CRUMB TOP BANANA CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed banana
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed Rice Krispies
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until fluffy. Beat in bananas. Mix milk with vinegar and soda. (Careful, it will foam up.) Add flour and salt alternately with vinegar mixture. Beat well and pour into greased 11x13 inch pan.

Mix dry topping ingredients. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
