SHRIMP AND CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 c. cooked rice
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) pimentos, drained
3/4 c. sour cream
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of shrimp soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. crab meat

Saute onion and celery in butter. Combine other ingredients. Place in 13x9 greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 6-8 minutes. Double recipe for 8 people.
