SAUSAGE SKILLET 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

In large skillet over high heat, brown sausage with onion and green pepper. Spoon off all fat. Stir in tomatoes, macaroni, salt, sugar and pepper. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Makes 6 servings.
