NUT BURGERS 
1/2 lb. cashews, ground in a blender
1/2 lb. walnuts, ground in a blender
1 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. grated colby cheese (any mild cheese)
1 egg
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. sea salt
Chili powder or other seasonings
Whole wheat flour or bread crumbs
Unrefined safflower oil for frying

Mix first 7 ingredients together and season to taste with chili powder or other seasonings. Shape into patties. Roll in whole wheat flour or bread crumbs. Chill. Fry in hot oil (not deep). When forming patties, dip hands in cold water before shaping each one to keep them from sticking to your hands. Serve with a salad. Yum!
