HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Potato chips
Paprika

Mix all ingredients together. Top with potato chips and paprika. Bake in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish at 375 degrees for 1 hour. 8 to 10 servings.
