BRUNCH 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. brown and serve sausage
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Separate dough and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Place sliced sausages on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over sausages. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
