BRUNCH PIZZA | |
1 (8 count) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls 15 oz. raw turkey breakfast sausage 5 eggs (or 1 1/4 c. egg substitute) 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Brown the turkey sausage in a skillet until crumbly, drain. Spray a 12 inch pizza pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Separate the roll dough into triangles and arrange in a pizza pan to form crust, sealing edges. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Beat until smooth. Layer sausage and Cheddar cheese in crust. Pour egg mixture over. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add chopped vegetables as desired (i.e., green pepper, onion, mushroom). Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 8 servings. |
