MORNING BRUNCH 
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. shredded cheese
2 pork sausage rolls (8 oz. pkg. Jimmy Dean)
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 c. milk

Place croutons in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Place cheese on top. Fry out sausage, drain, put on top of mixture. Beat eggs, mustard, 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour over meat mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning pour soup and milk mixture on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
