1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix above form into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for a few minutes with making sauce.

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Stir together sauce ingredients. Pour over meat loaf in oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste often. Heats kitchen also.
