FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix well and press into pizza pan for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk

Mix these ingredients and add 1 small container of Cool Whip. Mix well and spread on cooled crust.

FRUITS:

Use any kind. Recommend strawberry halves, pineapple chunks, kiwi fruit, mandarin oranges, blueberries. Spread on top of cheese filling.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. strawberry gelatin
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook over low heat, stirring continuously until thick, don't over cook. Cool and spread over fruit.
