COLE SLAW DRESSING 
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch of salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
Butter, size of a walnut
1 c. salad dressing

Mix sugar, flour, mustard, salt and egg thoroughly. Combine vinegar, water and butter; bring to a boil. Add egg mixture; cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat; beat well. Add salad dressing; beat again. Dressing will keep for several weeks in refrigerator.
