PINEAPPLE ICE BOX CAKE 
1 lb. vanilla wafers
1 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs, unbeaten
2 sm. cans (18 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. whipping cream

Grind vanilla wafers into crumbs and put half in bottom of 8"x12"x2" pan. Blend butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour over crumbs. Whip cream, add pineapple and pour over first mixture. Cover with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
