CHERRY SNACK CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can Bing cherries (save juice)
1 (16 oz.) can Royal Anne cherries (white)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (5 5/8 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. cherry juice (saved from canned cherries)

Drain cherries and place them in an 8 x 12 baking pan. Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, 1 cup cherry juice, and 1/4 cup melted butter. Pour mixture over cherries and place in pre-heated 350 degree oven until golden, approximately 35 minutes. Test with toothpick.

May be served warm with vanilla ice cream and is also yummy cold. Serves 12.
