CHOCOLATE CHIP SNACK CAKE 
1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt. Add water, oil, vinegar, vanilla. Beat until smooth. Mix 1/2 cup chocolate chips into batter.

Pour into greased and floured 8 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until done. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut into squares.
