CHOCOLATE CHIP SNACKING CAKE 
1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients with fork. Stir in water, oil and vinegar. Pour into ungreased 8" square pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool. Serve with Cool Whip.
