APPLE - RAISIN SNACK CAKE 
2/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 (2 layer) spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. raisins

FROSTING:

1/2 c. Touch of Butter spread
1/2 tsp. rum extract
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed, with electric mixer until moistened. Beat 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins. Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool.

Frosting: Blend spread and extract. Gradually add sugar, beat at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Spread over cake 12-15 minutes.
