CRESCENT APPLE SNACKS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. apple, peeled and cored
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
Hot oil 360 degrees

In small bowl, combine sugar with cinnamon; set aside. Slice apple into 16 pieces. Separate dough into 8 triangles, cut each in half, 16 triangles. Place on apple slice on wide end. Roll up, starting on the shortest side and roll to opposite point, completely covering apple, sealing all edges well. In skillet or saucepan fry 2-3 minutes at in hot oil (360 degrees). Drain on paper towels. While warm, roll in sugar mixture. Serve warm.
