1 pkg. yellow cake mix
5 lg. eggs
1 c. dark Karo syrup (can use white)
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. chopped pecans

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil and press into bottom of 13 x 7 x 2 inch pan. Cook this 20 minutes. Beat 4 eggs, syrup, sugar and butter. Stir in pecans. Pour on top of crust and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
