1 pkg. yellow cake mix
5 lg. eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. salad oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan, 10 x 14 inch (sheet cake). Mix cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup salad oil until crumbly. Press into pan. Bake 20 minutes.

Mix at medium high speed 4 eggs, sugar, syrup and butter. Add pecans. Pour on baked crust and bake 45 minutes. Cool and cut. Approximately 24 squares.
