CRAB CHEESE TOASTIES 
1 (8 oz.) container crabmeat
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 beaten egg
1 loaf French bread

Melt butter. Add flour and milk stirring well. Blend in beaten egg and garlic salt. Add Swiss cheese. Cook until melted. Stir in crab meat. Cut bread into diagonal slices. Toast on side. Spread mixture on the other side. Place under broiler. Cook until bubbly and lightly browned.
