4 oz. crab meat
2 oz. cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 English muffin, toasted

Combine crab meat, cheese, mayonnaise in double boiler over boiling water. Or put in microwave until cheese melts and mixture is hot. Spoon over muffins and serve.
