CHEESE AND CRAB MON-DU | |
1 pkg. mon-du or wan ton skins 1 pkg. cream cheese 16 oz. crab meat Cut crab meat into 1-inch pieces. Open mon-du skins and cream cheese. Place mon-du skins on a flat surface. With your finger, wet the edge of the skin with a small amount of water. This will help the skin to stick together. Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and 1 piece of crab meat on the center of the skin. Fold the filled skin in half and pinch closed using thumb and forefinger. When all skins are filled, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serves 5-10. |
