SQUASH AND APPLE BAKE 
2 lbs. butternut squash
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 apples, cut up

Cut squash into chunks. Stir together all ingredients, except squash and apples. Arrange squash in ungreased baking dish. Top with apples. Pour sauce on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. (You do not need to take the skin off apples and squash - they are almost nonexistent after baking but you can if you want.) Use a 2 quart casserole.
