6 c. sliced, pared tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs

STREUSEL:

1 c. oatmeal
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm butter

Mix apples and spices. Spread in greased pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Beat next 5 ingredients until smooth. Pour over apples. Mix streusel ingredients together until crumbly and sprinkle over top of pie. Bake in 325 degree oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Preparation time: 45 minutes. Serves: 8.
