FIRST LAYER:

1 1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. walnuts
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix butter, at room temperature, walnuts and flour together. Pat in glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

SECOND LAYER:

12 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. whipping cream/Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, whipped cream, sugar and vanilla together. Pour over crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk

Beat pudding, vanilla and milk together per box instructions. Let set.

FOURTH LAYER:

1/2 c. whipped cream
1 Hershey chocolate bar

Top with Cool Whip and grated chocolate. Let stand in refrigerate 1 hour.
