APPLE CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
4 med. cooking apples (may need more)
1 unbaked 9" pie crust
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix together cream, sugar and egg. Add vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put apples in pie crust. Pour cream-flour mixture over apples. Add walnuts on top of everything. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
