CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can yellow cream style corn
1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced

Combine first five ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spread half the mixture in a 8 x 8 inch pan. Cover with green chilies. Place cheese on top of chilies. Spread remaining batter over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
