HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. boiler fryer chicken parts (or cut up)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder (optional)

Place chicken in shallow pan (cookie sheet is too shallow) with the skin side up. Combine above ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Baste the chicken every 15 minutes (has to be done to get the chicken a golden brown color). Last 15 minutes, turn oven to 400 degrees - will make it candied brown and delicious!
