HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & split

Toast sesame seeds in small frying pan. Transfer seeds to small bowl and blend with honey, mustard, wine and lemon juice. Arrange chicken in large baking dish, 9"x13"x2" and pour sesame seed mixture evenly over chicken. Bake, uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Place chicken on serving plate and pour remaining sauce over chicken. Serves 3 to 6.
