HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. dry sherry or dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned (boned, opt.), split

Blend honey, mustard, sherry, lemon juice and parsley. Arrange chicken in 9"x13" baking dish. Pour honey mixture over chicken and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

Transfer chicken to a platter. Pour sauce into serving dish and serve with chicken.
