4 chicken breasts, halved
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine all ingredients and spread over chicken. Bake 1 hour, basting regularly, until chicken is tender and golden brown (time will vary according to pieces used).
