SPINACH SALAD 
Fresh spinach (lg. amount)
1 (#2) can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
3 boiled eggs, diced
1 purple onion, sliced and separated
1 firm tomato, cut into wedges

DRESSING:

3/4 c. salad oil
1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 med. onion, grated

Break spinach into bite sized pieces. Toss remaining ingredients into spinach.

Combine dressing ingredients in advance. Pour over spinach salad at serving time. Salad serves 10.
